HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
You can request deletion of your EmoCity account and all data associated with it at any time. Email info@emopulse.appfrom the email address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my EmoCity account”. No reason is required. If you are signed in, you can also delete your account from your in-app account settings.
WHAT GETS DELETED
Your account record, your email address, and all scan results stored under your account (mood, stress, composure and heart-rate-estimate scores, timestamps, and history) are permanently deleted. This is the complete set of personal data EmoCity holds for an account.
WHAT WAS NEVER STORED
Your camera and microphone are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded. No video, audio, or facial-landmark data ever reaches our servers, so there is nothing of that kind to delete.
HOW LONG IT TAKES & WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Limited records required by law (for example, billing/transaction records for purchases made through our payment processor) may be retained only for the period required by applicable accounting and tax regulations, after which they are deleted.
